Project description

Tasks and KPI

  • advantageous purchase of tickets online
  • make you forget what it's like to stand in line for a ticket

Analysis Phase

After short analysis, we found that there is:

  1. No strategy for growth and development
  2. No landing pages were created
  3. No metadata optimized
  4. No seo-texts on the web-site
  5. The whole site has 1 template for metadata and text, which is not useful
  6. All URLs on the site are in Cyrillic alphabet,
  7. Technical errors on the site (broken breadcrumbs, incorrectly configured hreflang, description does not appear in the metadata, etc.)

Working Phase

In the process, a lot of work was done to redesign the site not only for the requirements of search engines but also for the convenience of users (improved UX UI), respectively, improved usability. Site pages became more user-friendly and loaded faster.

  • We defined the objectives and made controllable marketing.
  • A technical audit of the site was carried out at the beginning of optimization — errors were detected and TOR were written for programmers.
  • An analysis of competitors and a niche was carried out.

As part of the optimization of the site the following work was carried out:

  1. The semantic core was collected
  2. Metadata was optimized
  3. Texts for internal landing pages were written
  4. Technical errors were fixed and modules were setup
  5. URLs were changed from Cyrillic to Latin alphabet
  6. Link building strategy was made (buying permanent links on the link exchange and crowd-sourced links)
  7. WEB 2:0 was implemented

Our Conclusion

  • The average bill managed to grow twice as much. Earlier, tickets were more often sold on domestic regional routes, but now — on intercity and international routes.
  • By improving the design, users are more comfortable using the website
