The cooperation started in 2018 with the task of creating a multi-brand online shoe store with a focus on the company's style standards.
We received several tasks:
- Develop a simple design that does not shift the focus from the product photo;
- Set up filters and functionality that are convenient for buyers;
- Adapt a website for retail sales.
We tried to follow the principle of simplicity and convenience. Using the logobook, we implemented an online store in black and white. The design does not distract visitors from choosing and buying a product.
The main page contains a convenient catalog of the main footwear categories, which speeds up the search for the necessary goods on the website.
All sections are displayed in the main top menu. We did not create a standard “Catalog” page, where all categories would be presented. Instead, there is a separate page “Brands”.
It contains all manufacturers the company cooperates with. When you click on the brand logo, you see a selection of the corresponding products.
Also, there are categories on men's shoes and bags, women's shoes and bags. A separate page includes the last sizes and Outlet.
We added sorting by increasing / decreasing price, seasonality, popularity and discounts.
The product page on the main screen contains a detailed product preview, availability, cost, and rating.
At the request of the client, the catalog has filters by product parameters:
- External material;
- Internal material;
- Sole thickness;
- Heel height.
The main emphasis was placed on the product card. We provided information on cost, discounts, guarantees, and delivery options. The list of products is designed using filters in accordance with the range of products.
Each product has an image, a full name of the model, a price, current discounts, a size chart, a brand, a country of the manufacturer, seasonality, and materials. A legible and noticeable price under each product has a good impact on indexing.
An additional filter allows you to sort positions by popularity or price.
In addition to the classic "Add to Cart" button, the "One-Click Shopping" function was added. It is often used by people who do not have time to fill out a complete form.
With such functionality, the purchase is made faster and is easily processed from a mobile phone.
Each client can independently choose the size, the required number of pairs, study conditions of purchase, payment, delivery, and return policy.
We implemented the “Callback” module. The operator calls back within 30 seconds. This significantly increases the loyalty and sales of the company.
We customized the Facebook Pixel and product events for it. We created and segmented the Facebook catalog.
We launched advertising campaigns based on audience segmentation by interests, demographic data, geo. We launched dynamic retargeting for customer retention.
