DAFI is a mobile application that will never forget about your birthday and will notify you about all special offers.
DAFI is one of the largest participants in the Ukrainian commercial real estate market.

DAFI is one of the market leaders. Currently, they own two shopping and entertainment centers in Kharkiv and Dnipro, with a total area of 100 thousand m2.

Our cooperation began in the autumn of 2020. We got a request to develop a mobile application on iOS and Android platforms to make it as easy as possible to find stores in the shopping center DAFI.

The main thing is to start

So we started with the design. We developed a clear application design, user-friendly interface, and a logical structure. We adapted the application for different operating systems.

Everything in the application is thought out, convenient and there is nothing redundant. You can quickly get information about the location of the desired store and about discounts in the shopping center.

Everything is in the right place

You no longer need to carry a plastic bonus card with you, now it is in the personal account of the buyer's mobile application.

Authentication is done by a phone number. After that, the user has an opportunity to leave a review, to view and select a birthday present, to check contacts of stores and a floor map.

At the bottom of the panel, the following functions are available: offers, brands, Family Card, and menus. Stores can be added to the “Favorites” category. It is synchronized with your personal account.

We introduced  Family Card into the application. This is a loyalty system from DAFI. Users will be pleased with constant discounts from the partners of the bonus club.

A full list of brands was introduced into the application: with a description, photo, contact information, working hours, active promotions, and a three-level categorization.

We developed the functionality that allows you to view all available offers: promotions from the shopping center, promotions from a brand (partner), promo codes, selected brands. We added sharing of promotions and multi-promotions which combine several partners. In addition, the user will receive notifications only from interesting brands of his choice.

We implemented sending push notifications. The mobile application informs about current promotions, announces future ones, and notifies about events and personal bonuses. Due to this, the average check increases, the loyalty program works well, the image recognition of the shopping center grows, and incomes increase.

We thought over the possibility of adding all promotions and partners through the user-friendly interface of the admin panel. We implemented the functionality for self-publishing of unique offers with and without moderation. We created a list of admin panel users and statistics on brand and promotions views.

And the most important thing

Birthday certificates have been digitized. Previously, you had to go with a document to the physical store to the administrator in order to receive a gift. Now it is possible to do this without leaving your home. Gifts become valid on a birthday and expire in 6 days. Promo codes and gifts are available only after authentication. We developed the interface for partners to deactivate such certificates.

  2. With the application, the user receives all possible bonuses from the shopping center and partners.
  3. Bonus Card and Family Card are now always at hand and work in any city.
