We conducted a comprehensive competitor analysis. The pros and cons of similar apps helped to create heatmaps and basic user scenarios.
The design was made in several colors: blue, orange, black and white. These colors are branded and correspond to the general design of the QooVee company.
We developed a number of functionalities and add-ons to make the application more unique and user-friendly.
The main screen contains:
- Notifications and search;
- The card with the main functionality - “Tenders”. They are all displayed in a horizontal slider;
- Customizing a personal feed according to the interests;
- Product card. The cards are displayed in a horizontal carousel;
- "Tab bar" with the main sections of the application: home page, categories, chats, favorites, profile.
The listing of products was updated with filters and sorting by countries, popularity, and categories.
Product cards are displayed horizontally and vertically. The information about availability, name, price, quantity, and delivery time were added. We placed the “Enquiry” and “Chat” buttons at the bottom of the screen to ensure quick access to a supplier.
We implemented a color accent on the sender's messages in the chat window.
The following categories are available in the application: goods, services, suppliers, communication, warranty, chats, notifications, catalog, tenders, ‘safe deal’.
We added a separate "Tenders" functionality. It is designed to be as easy as possible for the user. We took into account all stages of creating a tender: a name that can be entered in several languages; description; you can add documents and photos confirming the authenticity of the tender; category selection; information about the creator - name, mail.
We implemented the "Safe Deal" functionality. We activated the ability to secure your tender and make a deal with a guarantee. The application sends a tender for a review, and then it is edited on the platform. Its type is also defined: paid, temporarily paid or completely paid.
We developed a personal account for a buyer and a seller. The functionality available to the seller:
- Company’s statistics;
- Company’s foundation;
- Quick access to all data;
- Sales;
- Bids collected in one place;
- Participation in tenders;
- Creation of paid / free bids.
The functionality available to the buyer: submit a bid for a tender and create it.
We set up push notifications about chat requests, bids, and tenders. Each user can customize a news feed according to her or his interests. Therefore, this functionality will not overload your phone with unnecessary information.
The functionality confirming the authenticity of the company and the product was added to the product card If the company is approved, you can see a “tick”. This builds trust and increases the conversion rate.
We added supplier rating to the application. It allows you to make a more correct choice without full information about the company. You can choose the right one from countless numbers and save your time. This simplifies and speeds up the search for a buyer and increases the credibility of the seller.
We created “Hotkey” functionality in order to quickly add a product to favorites.
