OWOX

OWOX is a set of tools for e-commerce marketing analytics. With OWOX, you can collect advertising and analytics data from various online and offline sources, build attribution models based on them, and generate combined reports.

OWOX is a Ukrainian company whose products are used in 130 countries. OWOX BI is a three-pack of BI (Business Intelligence) SaaS services available by subscription. BI Smart Data, BI Attribution, and BI Pipeline together make up a powerful and flexible tool for collecting, storing, and analyzing data on various aspects of a company's activities, which can be used to make quality decisions for business development.

OWOX BI Pipeline for data collection 1 / 3

With Ovox, all information about user behavior and advertising campaigns from different sources will be collected in one place. You will be able to easily include Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and Yandex.Direct campaign cost data in your Google BigQuery to visually compare their effectiveness. At the same time, Pipeline will collect information about user behavior on the site, highlighting hits and sessions. Additionally, you can enable the collection of visitors' PII, information from call tracking systems, email services, CRM, and application analytics tools such as AppsFlyer.

OWOX BI for attribution 2 / 3

The second stage of analytics is to create an attribution model for the sales funnel. OWOX BI Attribution uses machine learning to track the path to conversion based on all the data received, including custom events, from online and offline sources.

OWOX BI Smart Data for reports 3 / 3

You can get the information you need from the service simply by entering a query in natural language or use an intuitive constructor to build complex dependencies. A large amount of data from various sources will help you see how the ROPO effect works for you (how many customers looked at the product online but bought it in a physical store), how good your CPA campaigns are (payback of payment for targeted actions), and much more. All reports can be viewed inside OWOX BI, as well as uploaded to Data Studio or Google Sheets and analyzed by a remote team.

How it works

To register and log in to OWOX BI, you only need a Google account. The way OWOX works is no different from other marketing analytics systems. Marketers need to select and enable the necessary data sources, grant accesses, and combine them into groups to create reports. The system is friendly to new users and will tell you how to do almost every step, but experience is required to really work with the tools. All data can be visualized using templates or create custom display options with professional tools within OWOX BI or other familiar programs, and then share the result, including by providing remote access to the report changes in real time.

Important: to work with OWOX BI you need to use Google BigQuery. This is a cloud storage with computing power for data processing and analysis.

Why marketers use OWOX
Marketing analytics for eCommerce and Retail with OWOX

With OWOX, you can learn everything about your users and assess the level of real profit from each marketing channel to make it even better. If you combine information from CRM, advertising, online sales analytics services, and offline ordering, you can see how effective each channel really is. Advanced statistics on revenue and expenses by source, user, and landing page gives you room for analytics by product category and customer segment. You can conduct an RFM assessment that will show you how often and how much your website visitors spend, as well as see the percentage of ROPO purchases, when customers look at a product online but buy it in physical stores, to personalize interaction with different groups and encourage them to buy again.

OWOX BI collects data in real time, so you will always have access to up-to-date information to quickly respond to user actions. The monitoring system tracks import errors, reports them, and advises on corrective options so that each report is of the highest quality and the decisions made on its basis are correct.
